Assalamu’alaykum..
This post is a sunday story again.. Yesterday, I watched cooking show at one of TV station with my dad. I don’t remember exactly the recipe, but I want to try it. So I used my intuition, hahaha
Baked perkedel.. As you Indonesian know that perkedel -Indonesian food, mashed potatoes plus beef fried with egg- usually fried, it is baked this time. And I made two kinds of sauce, the hot one and not.
Ingredients
Perkedel
four large | steamed or fried potato, smashed it
two | egg
one and a half large | onion (not shallot), cut into small pieces and saute in 3 tablespoon oil
500 gr | mince, or corned beef
1 teaspoon | salt
Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon | butter
100 ml | chili sauce
40 gr | cheddar cheese, grate
Onion Ketchup
1 tablespoon | butter
100 ml | ketchup
half large | onion, cut into small pieces
How To
Mix potato, egg and salt first.
Add mince, mix again.
Add onion, mix again.
Bake on preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
Heat butter in frying pan, add chili sauce and cheese, saute for 2 minutes.
Heat butter in frying pan, saute onion until nice cooked.
add ketchup, saute for 2 minutes.

Hmm, おいしい.. うまい..
delicious..good..
Everybody like it. Of course, it was good ingredients. I usually make onion ketchup for almost all of fried food. I want to make ebi furai (海老フライ) later. I already bought bread crumb.
